Shipping & Returns

ORDER PAYMENT TERMS:All Website orders and offline orders (orders taken via email, or PO) are generally paid for at the time the order is placed. Because much of our product is made to order and for larger orders we can make arrangement to take a deposit for the order in advance. We then bill for the balance as product is shipped. We can also accept a blanket PO and schedule the production and shipping over time. We will bill for shipments as they are made.

SHIPPING TIME:Orders where we carry stock products are shipped out our next scheduled shipping day, which is generally Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. For Website orders we coordinate available inventory on the website so if you see a product as available then we have ready stock available. If you should order product and we are out of stock we will let you know immediately and tell you when we expect product to arrive. If you cannot wait until new stock arrives let us know and we will issue a full refund and cancel your order. If you have a tight time schedule contact us ahead of time and we can let you know availability and lead time to ship.

Orders with custom made products like custom color chutes, or other special products are made to order. We generally schedule and ship in about 3 to 5 weeks ARO. Larger size custom chutes (120 and up) generally take about 4 weeks ARO to ship.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: We take pride in our products and will strive to provide our customers with the best service possible. Our policy is customers have 30 days after delivery to contact us if you are not happy with your product purchased, or if we shipped the wrong product, or for any reason, so we can correct the problem or refund your purchase. In some cases we may ask for product to be returned and after receipt we issue a refund. If you want to return your product please contact us first before you send it back. For product returns that are due to no longer needing the product or purchased the wrong product there is a 10% handling and restocking fee. In all cases we will work with you to arrive at a satisfactory result.

IMPORTANT REGARDING CUSTOM PRODUCT: Many of our products are built to order and to your specifications. Our standard policy is that custom product sales are final and once production starts.

IMPORTANT REGARDING LARGE BUILD-TO ORDERS: Large orders requiring the build out of additional product stock required for order can not be canceled once paid for and are under way.
